「This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.」

「We had a good time at the Villa nova. They are currently recovering from a fire that happened earlier this year. So although the accommodations were good the property is in a bit of a transition. Pool was a highlight, well maintained and in good shape. Excellent access to the beach so it's just across the road. One of the best deals in the area with meat access so close. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This is a family run business」

「The location was excellent, the pool was fantastic and the staff were welcoming and fantastic to deal with. The property itself was very run-down and unkempt. The vending machine was completely out of order, there were holes in the walls, buttons missing from the air conditioners in both rooms making them extremely difficult to operate, tiles missing from the bathroom floor, pieces of trim out of place, etc.」
