The room was clean. But for example in my room the carpet had big stains. Which just isn't very nice to see. Staff were all great when my key card stopped working twice. Hair dryer in the room wasn't working. Bath was dirty. Food at buffet during breakfast was pretty cold Bar food on the expensive side for what we got. I stay here every year for athletics comps but this year the price was crazy for what we got so I will be looking elsewhere for next time ...
