I loved the location, just a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful Killaloe waterfront, bridge to Belinda, trails that led to historical sites and the beautiful Saint Flannan's cathedral. It would have been nice if my room had had a refrigerator, but it was lovely and quiet overlooking the beautiful patio and fountain. I enjoyed the hotel restaurant too and the breakfast included in the hotel stay.

It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent.

Food was lovely. I couldn’t get a massage which was disappointing. I tried ringing before my stay but nobody from the spa called me back. All in all, though I had a lovely stay and would stay again.
