「Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.」

「Motel is very unsafe, after a security breach into my room, staff addressed the issue extremely poorly. Staff is incompetent, uncaring and if security matters please don't stay at this hotel!」

「My only complaint was that I checked in around 8pm and after being in my room for a while, being extremely surprised the toilet and floor were covered in dried up urine. It was late, I cleaned it myself. But that fact the cleaning person didn't check the most unsanitary part of the bathroom is stunning. The rest of the room was immaculate.」
