「Checked into a room that was supposed to be clean and ready. The staff made the bed and left everything not clean. When the bed was turned down there was dirt in the bed. Room Service Manager Cole was excellent in representing the company. Found us an acceptable room and was so so clean but acceptable. The Resturant was amazing and we enjoyed our company and excellent meal. Staff were extremely accommodating. Thank you Cole for the console gesture」

「Rooms are clean and up to date, pool area was spotless, but overall, the property could use a little more attention to detail. First, there needs to be pool towels and a hamper in the pool area. I’ve never been to a hotel where they put the pool towels in your room and you’re supposed to take them back to your room—I guess? Second, the hot tub does not heat up after you take the cover off. It starts at 99F and goes down from there. Was down to about 94 when we left. It should go up to at...
