"The room was clean and we also used the gym. My husband took advantage of the complimentary day pass at 24hr fitness and he said it was nice to have that option. We also enjoyed the valet, they were prompt and easy to request our car right away via text. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall "

"The hotel did not have us booked on the room we chose on Expedia. Ridiculous! I had to wait 30 minutes for a luggage cart because the hotel had no idea where they were or who had them. Terrible! The hotel never inforned us that when our room door is locked from the inside, the electronic key won't unlock it, whuch resuled in my being locked out of my room for an hour while my mother slept. Unbelievable!"

"After a good few years, I decided to return to the Opus Hotel. Unfortunately, the disappointment was—and remains—even greater than before. This is certainly not a 5-star hotel. There is no on-site restaurant or bar (though there are two restaurants located within the building). The breakfast service—staffed by only a single waiter taking orders at tables set with tablecloths that had clearly already served several other guests before you—does not make for a very good start to the day. As for the room, there is no minibar, and the bed linens are worn and torn. You have to specifically ask for a bathrobe and slippers. In the bathroom, I found a clogged toilet bowl and a used bar of soap left behind. In the spa, time seems to have stood still; you get ushered out of the pool area even before closing time. The staff—tired and overworked (really?)—seem to be asking, "What do you want from us?!" For over $400 for a single night mid-week, I have every right to expect certain standards to be upheld—especially given that this hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment!"

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return."

"Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below acceptable standards. Would not recommend. "

"Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere."
