「The only item that shocked me was the additional charge for the “pet friendly” hotel as the extra cost was not disclosed by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. It is my opinion that the charge should be refunded to me and the disclosure should be added moving forward if it is not included with the cost 」

「Very friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean. (The location wasn’t exactly downtown, even though that was how it was described. What I think of as downtown was an 8 minute drive away.)」

「The rooms were very clean. Service at the restaurant was sketchy. But they did manage it in the end. Everyone was very nice. I was able to charge everything to my room which made things very convenient. My pup was welcomed with open paws. I would go back.」

「Great value for money. Had an issue shortly after checkin with the person in the room next door with their tv playing really loudly. The hotel staff was quick to resolve the issue, moving me to a quieter room. I would stay here again with no hesitation. 」
