「Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room. 「Staff member was brilliant, we were in whangarei for a funeral and needed to get changed the man on the desk was so helpful and allowed us to get the room earlier than the 2pm check in, this was much appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation. 」

「A quick overnight trip en route to Russell but a lovely place. Super clean and well equipped. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful place on the beach with a world class view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nice restaurants nearby too!」

「Generally as a sales rep you’re in there for minimal time but it’s time away from home and all that home offers. Andy and the lodge make that experience that much greater with a caring and professional attitude towards looking after their guests. Guttered I missed the breakfast but I’ll be back and better plan to enjoy the feast you’d no doubt put on team. Thank you for a great nights stay away from home. 」
