「Numa Chelsea London Green was a nice place. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Lots of places to eat and shop at within walking distance.」

「We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.」

「It's a bit of a shame that they put so much effort to add those little touches to feel like the place has everything you need but fir that toilet in the corner that is not suitable for most normal sizes people, what were you guys thinking? Also it's unfortunate that I ended up in one of the hottest days of the year because that room was boiling. Everything else was fine but those two are major red flags.」
