"Nice pools though much smaller then they look on the site and crowded as it is a health club too - hard to actually swim at all. The rooms were hit with no air con, no fan in the bathroom, and our room was on ground floor near the pool sbc we slept terribly with all the noise of people shd slamming door till late and then early again. The food in the brasserie was good however and staff very friendly."

I would have thought that, given there is no air conditioning in the hotel rooms and the heatwave was ongoing, a fan would have been provided. "I had booked a 4 night stay for some r&r choosing to stay in the manor house. My 1st day there was a wedding being held at the Manor House, some facilities not available or restricted. I had not been informed of this event, my day of r&r sadly not forthcoming. An outdoor pool was not available, in the middle of a heatwave, apparently our of season in July. The rooms I was able to enter in the manor house are tired and need a refresh, my room had black mould in the bathroom, a ceiling extractor...
