"We checked in about 5pm and had the best service!! The kids were able to take advantage of the pool for about a hour before we went to grab dinner. Night shift staff 3-11 was very very helpful and accommodated all of our needs! We will be back next trip around!! Thank you for being so kind"

"The staff was excellent. The space, though, was not. Everything was black and white, decorated with a minimalist eye. The lobby had a lot of wasted space. The "Bistro" was a counter with a very limited menu and a bar. There was not a dresser in our room. There was a flat table under the tv, a long plastic type box with 2 drawers that slid half way under the table, and a lot of wasted space."
