「This is my third stay at Rugged Country Lodge. I travel with my dog and appreciate this hotel being pet friendly. Also, it’s close to the Riverwalk trail so makes dog walks super pleasant. I carry my own food for breakfast as I eat organic but the coffees good here! I like this place as it has a homey, old fashioned feel and comfortable, quiet rooms with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. 「Pool was closed, though it is advertised as opening in May. One of the three pieces of gym equipment was broken. Breakfast was generally good, but coffee was full of grounds and weak. 「I went during renovations , I booked on Expedia and when I got there the pool.amd hot tub were closed . I was more upset paying what was I think was full price. The staff said the renovations where on there site. They where said renovations nov_may」

「We stayed in a mobility accessible room, as it was the only kitchenette room available when we booked. The kitchenette has basic pans and silverware, but no glasses, plates, etc. How does a kitchenette in wine country not even have wine glasses or a corkscrew? It has a dish drying rack but no sponge or dish soap. The way the accessible shower is designed, there is barely a lip between the shower floor and bathroom floor and the shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, so the floor floods when you...

「This was the cleanest inn/motel I have ever been too. More like a 3 star hotel.. Super friendly staff/owner. Really nice place 10 minutes from Walla Walla to save half or more on Walla Walla inflated rates.」

「No black out drapes and the parking light was so bright it made it hard to sleep. Rude staff at check-in but the two staff after one girl and Dylan this am were nice. I asked for high floor and close to elevators. The clerk stated 1st or 2nd but we got on elevator someone going to 3rd floor who registered after us. I feel like the clerk punished us with our room.」
