「So, there was marshmallow or something on the remote. The phone was filthy. The shampoo was empty, lotion also empty. There was a broken lamp shade, and onlt 1 light was working. The shower door does not close, the robe hanger in the bathroom out of wall. Toilet paper holder broken. Carpet and couch looks like a cat clawed it and cuties filthy. I did get a partial refund.」

「The person at the desk was super nice and so I almost don’t want to say anything bad. I picked the place because of the pool and hot tub, but when we got there they were out of order, I showered at night and the water took a long time to sort of warm up to slightly warm. My husband wanted to shave in the am and again the water never got warm enough to shave. Breakfast server was again, very nice and very hard working.」

「Room was clean, updated, and generally quiet. Staff had great restaurant recommendations and the evening cookies in the lobby shouldn’t be missed. Location was great very walkable to restaurants, shopping and Safeway. A couple notes regarding our second floor room (3 floor bldg): 1) Shortest toilet we have seen outside a daycare center (a squatty potty?) 2) One of the tallest, unadjustable shower heads we have seen 3) Breakfast buffet was disappointing and omelettes okay but very slow. 「Such a beautiful property outside Walla Walla. Resort was very quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was made to order (from a menu selection) and was delicious. Room was cozy, but spacious and had fantastic views. It was chilly and rainy during our stay, but they had a lot of good amenities to use when the weather is more favorable, including a pool, bikes, and paddle boards on their pond. Walla Walla was about a 10-15 minute drive from the resort. If we are back in...

「Room was fresh and clean, no fragrances. Bed was comfortable and linens were new. Shower had good pressure and was hot enough. Fridge, micro and coffee maker much appreciated. Did not try the breakfast.」
