「The hotel didn’t have the 2 bedding situation that we originally booked so they gave us a king bed and a rollaway. Pool was nice to have open 24hrs. Someone’s dog was loose in the hotel and pooped in the hallway. There were kinda funky smells throughout the place. But all the staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept refilling the breakfast when it was low so it was fresh. 」

「While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!」

「Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice. 」

「Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend! The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road.」

「The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure...
