「The location was nice and the property is very clean. The staff were very helpful and we loved the amenities . Very nice stay overall. Will definitely stay there again.」

「I've stayed here a few times over the 7-8 years. I remember the beds/linens and towels being slightly better then. The water views are great! The restaurant was Drumhellers back then also. We ate dinner once this trip at Riva, the food was really good, but the dinner service we got from Taylor was top notch. Breakfast was pretty good. It's a fun place to watch the boats launch. Super convenient for the Wine 2 Water cruise.」

「Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!」

「All the things you expect at a Holiday Inn. Beds could habeen firmer or less prone to wiggles.」

「Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

「The breakfast was not the best unfortunately. They put like cheese wiz or something like that in the eggs. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s gritty… had to scrape it off just to make the eggs edible. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to move the couch a bit so that I could get the pull out bed ready and there was trash underneath the couch. Also, the TV didn’t work. Even the lady at the front desk tried to help me and couldn’t get any of the channels to work. I would to say that she was...
