"The Hotel was recently refurbished and very nice. It was a great location for attending a conference at the LV Convention Center utilizing the LV Monorail. My only complaint was the hours of the pool area. Closed at 5 pm. The room was great, the hotel and casino beautiful but if you want a pool experience, this is not the hotel for that. "

"The The Strat hotel was okay, the staff could be better, especially housekeeping. The lady there was rude to my daughter and told her to wait as far as taking out a trash can of vomit. It was her 25th birthday! Don't get tricked into going to see the Westin In timeshare property because they give you a bunch of gifts that you can't really use. and has no value. We were given a hundred and twenty five dollar voucher for the steakhouse, and it was closed. The free casino chips valued at two hundred dollars was for a promotional offer, that wasted our time. It was not inside the Strat. To sum it up, I won't stay there again when I visit Las Vegas.There are better places for the same price. I don't like that they don't have microwaves. We wasted a lot of food during our for night, five days stay there. The only good thing I can say is guest services try to accommodate their guest. "

Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino

"Paris was understaffed. Long queues at check in and check out. Long queues at any food venue (gave up once). Resort fee is obnoxious and frankly, deceptive (I mean who really needs hotel wifi these days?). Room very tired. Water in shower was not hot. Non smoking floor still smelled of cigarettes. Long trip to ice maker on alternate floor as I doubt the one on our floor will ever be fixed (easier to put an "out of order" sign on it than fix it. Room key for parking garage never worked, even after a replacement. Plenty of other choices in Vegas."
