"First off this hotel/casino would be great for kids or teenagers. However, as an adult I'm used to valet parking, friendly staff, equipment that works, and general cleanliness. I arrived and had to park my own car since there wasn't valet service. Then I had to deal with a machine to check into the hotel which was confusing in itself. Eventually a human did help me but seemed annoyed that I had an up to date real ID that the system didn't recognize. Next I was given vague directions which signage didn’t quite match. After asking directions two more times I finally found the elevators to my floor and room. Amazingly, there were kiosks that required the guest to just punch in the floor number of their room and the kiosk would assign an elevator to use. Unfortunately there wasn't a consideration of how many people were in the guests party so I proceeded to get on an elevator with 25 other people which was requesting 9 different floors. You would think with today's technology that this could have been prevented or at least have a human or humans helping direct people to the proper elevators. Lastly, the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and I'm talking all carpets in all areas. These are but a few things that I noticed and there's a few that I didn’t even mention. Definitely not a Vegas type of hotel/casino most people would expect. Again, this is a great place for children or teenagers but not so much for mom and dad."
