The receptionist was having issues with the computer network and my friend and I were attending the baseball game nearby and she was kind enough to let us drop off our bags in a secure room so we wouldn’t have to wait for check-in until after we got back from the game. That was really nice and outstanding customer service. "

Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance."
