「It's not a fancy "resort" as the name suggests, but it is just what you need at the beach. The room was clean and spacious. We had a pet-friendly room, and there were lots of "extras" for our dog---stainless steel food and water bowls, two towels for after-beach walks, treats, a blanket, and the couch was covered in a soft, washable cover so we felt good about letting our dog curl up beside us. Our room had adequate amenities, but the only downside was that it smelled so strongly of bleach when we got there that we had headaches all evening. 「My partner and I had such a lovely time here. I don’t even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned....
