The room keys had to keep getting reprogramed few times a day and one elevator has been broken for over a year so had a little longer wait for the good one that is noisy going up and down, it is a decent priced hotel for doing events at the Convention Center

Was completely filthy got charged $25 to check in Andrey being told we could check in at anytime. Dirty rooms, broken elevator, no extra towels. We've been staying here for Comicon for the last 6 years and will not be back.

The first night we got there our first room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was coming up. We were able to get a better room, but still not very clean. The bathroom ended up having a massive leak from the light in the ceiling and we packed up and went to a different hotel instead. This hotel needs to invest in remodeling the rooms!

This is definitely a place to stay if you ONLY need a few hours to debrief or sleep. I would never stay here again. The rooms are filthy with stains and the toilet leaks. The parking is hard to get too at first but after driving around the building 3 times we figured it out. I left all of my stuff in the suitcase and closed because of how dirty the space looks and didn’t want to bring bugs with me. We slept for 4hrs and left home on our 3hr drive home because of how uncomfortable it was.

Stood at front desk ringing bell for about 15 mins before someone came out of a side door, followed by another worker. Not the only person in line either. No smile, no sorry to keep you waiting.

The halls smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the ceilings and walls were peeling. A mirror fell in the middle of the night and woke us up. We also waited a long time to get checked in, and there was no staff available to assist us. Overall, the room and service were very disappointing.

I stay here almost every year as I head north to escape the Texas heat. I stay here largely because it's on the Red Line. So it’s easy to get here from the airport. I then usually get a car the next day, again taking light rail to get there. The Inn is rather old, but they keep it really clean. The staff is good,but seem to keep busy so sometimes it's hard to get them to the front desk. Think the owners give them too many extra duties.

While close to the convention center, the staff were less than helpful. They did not have enough towels for us to each have our own and the staff person handed me a bath mat to use instead. They tried to issue keys for our room to another person. Our floor smelled poorly, but that did not seep into the room thankfully.

To start off we had almost $4000 worth of items stolen from inside our room. Our room had patches of the ceiling missing and the building itself is very unkept. The elevators did not work and they had guest enter through a side door that was propped open allowing anyone from the public to enter. Management gave us a runaround and offered little to no help in regards to the stolen property Not even to provide a statement for a police report. Please stay clear from this place
