「We had a fantastic stay at the Black Swan Inn in Lee, MA. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and featured a beautiful view of the lake. 「Our room was beautiful. We had a massage chair which was a surprise. Check in was quick. The young man behind the desk was very kind. Finding the hotel was a little difficult even with Google Maps. More signage is needed maybe? Also I and another person tried to buy wine at check in which was on display at the front desk but the young man was too young to sell it and there was no-one else there to help, That was disappointing.」

「Hotel was clean a staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is the parking. Since it’s right off the pike lots of trucks park overnight so finding a spot was extremely difficult. They take up 2-4 spaces each depending on the size of the rig and they don’t bother parking further away so they make getting around the lot very tight and dangerous.」
