"The pool is completely, newly renovated (however, we didn't arrive early enough to use it). The hall and entry carpets are stained. The "back entry" where we were told to park close to our room smelled of marijuana. Our room was clean and quiet. One bed had a clean, firm mattress. The other bed had obvious, huge stains on the side/bottom (probably flipped over) mattress which showed under the edge of the fitted sheet and a few "lumpy" spots in the middle."

"This place is INSANE. There is no elevator. I was given a room on the second floor and had to drag my suitcase up a stairwell that smelled like urine. There were two different couples screaming at each other. I called the front desk and he did come up and ask the one to please quiet down, but completely ignored the other that were absolutely going at it. My room was 80° when I entered and the thermostat didn't work. The front desk assured me that it did, but I tried to get it running and it was busted. At that point, I looked around the room and figured there was a 10% chance that room didn't have bedbugs and I got out of there. I asked ChatGPT to find me something else that was safe and clean, and it specifically told me if that's what I was looking for to avoid this place. I couldn't agree more."
