「Staff was nice」

「The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage.」

「beautiful property with stunning views. Limited underwhelming food options, Overpriced food and drink, 15% gratuity added to everything plus unknown taxes added to bill at the end. The "free" continental breakfast is a small plate of unappetizing fruit plus a couple slices of toasted bread with butter. No spa but I may have been able to book a massage, no work out/gym facilities -- so it was not as advertised. Also -- the check in clerk could have been more helpful with directions and...

「Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. 」

「Staff is great, they do always that extra to help you. Rooms are incredibly spacious, breakfast was soooo good, it is definitely a gem hidden in the beautiful Quetzaltenango. My wife and daughter love the place. I will return soon for sure.」
