「Todo en general estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones bastante cómodas y espaciosas al igual que las demás áreas del hotel. Las únicas cosas que no me pareció fue la limpieza en cosas específicas de la habitación como las tazas, utilicé una y estaba sucia con algunos cabellos adentro. Lo otro fue el desayuno, había demasiada mosca sobre el área de postres, el encargado dejó unas velas pero no era suficiente para evitar que las moscas se posaran sobre la comida. 「The room was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and Gaby& Jochen were so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as were the dinners, especially with the incredible view. The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be.」
