"Really expensive for nothing really. No part of breakfast or coffee or anything else is complimentary. For $200 to $500 a night you get a clean room and a not so great pour over coffee. You get more from flea bag motels i honestly expected more."

"There was a lot of outside noise from homeless people walking through the alley, police, fire and ambulance sirens, or people revving and driving erratically down the street. The room was decent. I liked the retro look. However the bathroom/shower situation was a bit annoying. Water went all over the floor from the shower due to no barrier to keep it contained."

"The stay was ok but started off badly after the check in employee was very rude to my husband who asked about checking in 10 minutes before I had arrived and she would have none of it as the booking was in my name and not his (we have the same address and last name). She was rude and began to ignore my husband when he asked questions. The rooms are clean. Pool was basic but not heated enough to be comfortable during June in Oregon. Breakfast was complimentary so would be ok for families who are looking for muffins, yoghurt and cereal but not much else. "

"The kitchen in the King Suite was limited. It was misleading on the website. Overall, a very comfortable room with great view. Breakfast was cold for both my husband and myself. It was a nice stay, but not what I usually expected from a Hyatt, it fell one star short."
