「Very good hotel with 1 dedicated spot for EVs, located 30 minute-drive from Wittstock. Clean room with clean bathroom and linens. Comfy bed. One good pillow and one not so good. Big restaurant and big terrasse. Friendly reception and restaurant staff. Quiet surrounding. Very good breakfast. I will book again.」

「This is an excellent small hotel where we have stayed several times over many years. It seems to get better each time! The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and well maintained; the breakfast and other food is high quality and with good choices. The ambiance of the hotel has an attractive attractive local aspect.」

「住宿四天，第一天因為接駁車沒有聯繫妥當，結果飯店沒有派接駁車來接，聯繫計程車也沒有來，讓我們和另一個科隆來的德國人在雪夜裡走二公里。儘管事前沒有聯繫妥當(坐火車從丹麥到柏林，哪裡會知道火車站到機場需要多久時間?我請櫃檯人員預估，但他說他不知道)我一到火車站立即打電話，到了捷運站再次打電話，但是櫃台人員卻都置之不理，當我們風塵僕僕到了旅館，問他為什麼不來接我們，(他應該是擔心被主管罵)一直說他有給我計程車電話，但計程車根本拒載。隔天預定接駁車時，還被他(晚班人員)酸說[希望你不要遲到]，第三天，甚至忘了幫我安排早上接駁到捷運的車子。 但是白天值班的櫃台人員十分親切，儘管他們的英文不如晚班人員流利，卻讓人感到舒服。 交通真的很不方便，尤其是雪夜裡要等待接駁車來接駁，真的令人冷到四肢發顫。捷運站裡也沒有遮蔽的空間可讓旅客覺得暖和些。 除了有一天馬桶沒有刷乾淨之外，旅館的設備很新穎，備品也很齊全。鄰近飛機場的噪音聽得很清楚，不過不至於影響睡眠。如果是特價，很值得一住。」

「Alles super. Die Zimmer sind nicht hoch (niedriches Dach). Für Skater ist Hotel Zum Eichenkranz ideal. Liegt neben der Skate Strecke.」

「Sehr schöne Location für Konferenzen und andere Veranstaltungen. Der relativ neue Hotelkomplex bietet auch genug Zimmer für die Teilnehmer.」
