Best hideaway spot in Brandenburg state

Fantastic place lakeside with pleasant breeze and amenable staff. Free parking, great breakfast buffet and clean, spacious rooms.

Nice Vietnamese girls on reception who were polite, friendly and professional. Hotel is pricey for what it offers but well located for an overnight stop whilst travelling across Europe.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung direkten Seeblick. Sehr schön. Bequeme Korbstühle auf dem Balkon. Die Betten waren bequem. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, nur einen Ventilator. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Schöne Lage, leider nerviges brummen im Zimmer

Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und schön an einem See gelegen. Frühstück ist gut aber nicht hochwertig. Das Hauptproblem war das ständige surren/brummen im Zimmer, unerträglich! Stecker vom Kühlschrank rausgezogen -keine Besserung. Das nervige brummen/surren kommt von über oder unter dem Zimmer.

Wäre schön gewesen

Da wir( nach ca.500km Fahrt) etwas früher im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir etwas barsch darauf hingewiesen "sie haben doch bestimmt in Ihrer Buchung gesehen dasss Sie erst um 16 Uhr eincheckenkönnen."Kein Wort Willkommmen oder hatten Sie eine gute Fahrt bzw.Sie können Ihre Sachen schon mal abstellen!! Zur Aussenanlage ein Bild!!! Da ich leider nicht über Wasser laufen kann war es leider nicht möglich die Badeplattform zu betretten und ich glaube auch nicht dass es in nächster Zeit möglich ist. Schade

Hotelname ist das Beste am Hotel

Unsere Ankunft am Hotel erfolgte auf einem Samstag Nachmittag, rings um das Hotel waren zahlreiche Menschen unterwegs die zum angrenzenden öffentlichen Teil des Sees gingen. Viele geparkte Autos auf der kleinen Zufahrt zum Hotel. Das Hotel selber hat eigene Parkplätze, hier konnte man kostenlos parken. Das Einchecken ging ziemlich schnell, ohne irgendwelche Tipps zur Umgebung oder zum Restaurant. Das Zimmer selber war nicht gerade groß, bei 30Grad ohne Klimaanlage. Nur ein lautstarker Lüfter der fast mehr Lärm machte als ein "Presslufthammer. Nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption kam jemand vom Service und schaute sich das ganze an, zuckte mit den Schultern und sagte:die sind alle so. Auf mehrmaliges Zureden, immer wieder mit der Antwort: die sind alle alt, wurde uns dann ein neuer gebracht. Dieser funktionierte dann auch,was bei 30 Grad aber keine Linderung verschaffte. Die Zimmer sind bestimmt so alt wie der Ventilator, einfach altmodisch eingerichtet. Vor Jahren mochte das noch ein nobler Stil gewesen sein, nun aber einfach nur abgenutzt. Das Bad war mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, überall Kalkreste an der Duschkabine. Eine blaue Heizung, rundet den Verdacht ab das es sich hierbei um einen Restposten gehandelt hat der einfach mal schnell verbaut wurde. Sonst befand sich nichts in ähnlicher Farbe im Bad oder im Zimmer. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, zu wenig Auswahl für den Preis. Wir werden hier nicht wieder übernachten, das Hotel ist unser Meinung nach ein Blender.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Brötchen waren frisch gebacken, Rührei war wirklich lecker, endlich mal mit Speck und Zwiebeln (es gab auch eine Variante ohne alles) und vernünftig gewürzt. Meiner Frau hat auch die Auswahl an Tees sehr gefallen. Kostenloses Parken auf einem ausreichend großem Parkplatz ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank auch an das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wir werden sicher mal mit den Motorrädern und ein paar Freunden im Schlepptau ein langes Wochenende in dem Hotel verbringen.
