「This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!」

「Good city centre location, easy access to Portsmouth City and close to public transport options for other places. Unique style of accommodation with "flats" each having 4 ensuite bedrooms and shared kitchen & lounging area.」

「Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.」

「The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. 」

「property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「I went for a midweek break. Very clean, comfortable, bedding provided. Carol friendly and helpful. I stayed in top apartment (6) which is 4 short flights of stairs. Partial sea view from lounge. 2 mins walk downhill to beach. 」
