The younger gentleman that checked us in was really nice overall it's fairly clean they just don't do a detailed clean in the hallways and things and then when you go in your room my room was clean except for the bathroom floor I think they forgot to clean it but overall could have been worse very noisy right next to the interstate

I would highly recommend staying some where else. The first room I was supposed have had someone in it . The door was open , tv on, and people in their smoking pot. I went down to the front desk explained it to them and I was basically called a liar and was given a new room. In the new room, the table was falling apart. The night stand looked like it came from the dumpster. The first floor was blocked off . I thought oh maybe they are doing remodeling. Boy I was wrong! I noticed a man standing in socks and had ankle jewelry ( gpa tracking device) on his ankle. I went to the gas station next door and I was talking to the employee. The employee informed me that they have inmates staying at the motel doing a work release program. I was horrified because I had my children with me. When I questioned it at the front desk the guy said oh no that’s not true. The next morning i checked out . I explained to them the room was dirty and gross. I also I said very loudly that you have inmate staying here. The front desk staff did not denied it and couldn’t believe that night staff was not honest. I was able to get a refund for one night but they couldn’t give me a refund for the one night from hell. Do Not Stay here

Check out the room throughly!!!
Inspect the room thoroughly upon check in. My room looked “Clean” until I started to use the coffee maker. I looked inside to see the fill line and saw a white powder inside. I called the front desk and they sent up a replacement. While I was waiting, I looked inside the Microwave and realized that it probably hadn’t been cleaned in months!!! Giving credit to management, They quickly resolved the issues once I presented them but these issues should not have been there for me to find. Especially since their name is “Quality” Inn…
