"We weren't able to stay at this particular Sonesta due to a fire. An employee directed us to another 3 minutes down the street to where our reservation was transfered. Due to us having to drive to the other location, Sonesta compensated our parking. Great location, excellent service, very clean, and one of the best places I have stayed while visiting the San Jose/Milpitas area."
