「**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.」

「the property was great!!!! and the staff was amazing!!! Albert was amazing from the time we checked in till the time we left, our son is autistic and loved Albert and he was great with him. He went above and beyond for all of us. Because of him we will be back for the Galaxy con 2026. 」
