「Property is dated and worn-not the cleanest. Common areas were warm and humid like AC was struggling. It did feel better in the morning upon checkout. The first room we were put in was dirty, smelly, and very hot. They did move us to a different room and that was better. The room temperature did adjust with the AC. The beds were decently comfortable and the shower was hot and had a few variable settings.」

「We booked on Expedia and when we arrived at the property the office was lock up tighter than Dicks hat band and couldn’t find anyone. So we left and they still charged us for the stay!! This is actually a half way house and not a motel. It is very ridiculous to have this on Expedia when no one is around. We would like a full refund!!」

「Overall ok. Ice machine was broken. Bagel, cereal bar, or toast for breakfast. Relatively close to a river access and easy to get to right off of the highway. Staff friendly. The tub faucet had a steady leak. Bed was pretty firm. Ac worked. Little bit high priced for the amenities offered, paid 112 or so in expedia points.As some pointed out, it did seem as though they may house long term residents but anyone we encountered seemed kind.」

「Assigned to cabin #6 but it was not clean. So I went back to the office and many appoligies and they put me in cabin #4 It was good, a little rustic and had one surge strip that didn't work but the livingroom surge strip worked fine. Got to see fish in the river swimming. The only drawback was the trains. They went thru about 3 times a night, whistle blowing and wheels shreecking. But after the first night you can tune it out. Management was so helpful. Good people and good stay. Lots of birds...
