The room is nice. It has a frig and microwave in the room. There is coffee in the lobby in the morning with continental breakfast. The staff is very friendly. It's a nice place to stay if you are in Salem, Arkansas.

They need something indicating where their driveway is. They could fix damaged doors , main and bathroom. The air conditioner, heater had warped grating that I was afraid to use it.

This place is horrible it’s not kept up nor updated. The carpets are nasty. The bed spread was stained horribly and the tub/shower didn’t drain so you stood in your water. It falsely advertised clean rooms. We stayed the first night of our two nights because we had driven 14 hrs all night so we were exhausted then we found out they’re the only place to stay in Salem Arkansas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The stay was alright, about what was expected for the price. Nothing great but not at all bad. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles were broken into while we were there and there was no way for the cameras to be reviewed. The only thing stolen was medicine BUT it’s unbelievable that it wasn’t at least caught on camera! Not a terrible place for an overnight stop but we won’t be staying again.

The room was very clean. Comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was the commodes are very low to the ground. Hard for older folks to use. Would definitely recommend staying there.

I would give Cottonwood a five-star rating, but the dead bolt on the room door did not work. Not a huge deal, but enough to drop a star. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Very good value.
