Not sure if it was just my cabin but it needs some updates for sure! There is 2 window units and one on the wall in the bedroom and the ac never got below 73 for as small of a place as it was and they had mold inside of them. The electricity and lights were constantly flickering. The shower was cracked up and had duck tape in it. There was stuff scribbled on the ceiling. Overall not the best stay. And when I called the property owner about my complaints he made a comment about how I just stayed in the cabin and must not have went out and done anything. Save ur money because I couldn’t even stay the second night and was only given a $50 refund.

We have stayed in these cabins many times. We love the location to dam 3 for fishing. Cabins are old but clean. There are several things that needs to be repaired on these old cabins. For the price and location we will be back many more times

This place should be removed from Expedia. Run down termite infested dirty broke and no hot water. DISGUSTING! They even charged my card weeks before I agreed to pay because I selected pay at property. They said they didn’t have a check in person available but they sure let me know how to get in the “shack”. I’m not sure how the place is standing rails were broke no supports. It was a nightmare! I would ask for a refund but I’m sure they charged my card weeks before authorization because they rip people off. I should have known better due to the weeks prior to the stay and shady stuff started immediately. DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF THE PROPERTIES LISTED AT THIS PLACE.

Shower barely worked and wouldn’t turn off, hole in wall where air conditioner? Unit used to be had a pillow stuffed in it. Insulation, i guess. The view was nice though. And when I could actually reach the staff, he was nice.

Assigned to cabin #6 but it was not clean. So I went back to the office and many appoligies and they put me in cabin #4 It was good, a little rustic and had one surge strip that didn't work but the livingroom surge strip worked fine. Got to see fish in the river swimming. The only drawback was the trains. They went thru about 3 times a night, whistle blowing and wheels shreecking. But after the first night you can tune it out. Management was so helpful. Good people and good stay. Lots of birds chirping in the morning. Very peaceful. I sure will go back. If you have pets, the grounds are well kept and no worries about ticks or fleas. GREAT STAY
