「There were dirty towels from previous guests on back of bathroom door, carpets need a good scrubbing as well as air conditioner filter, cabinets, lights and corners of all areas. Enjoyed our stay and very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality, Greg and Juanita from Orange, Texas.」

「West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool. Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast. Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.」
