"Breakfast was good."

"The hotel was reasonable but a bit pricey in terms of value. I was hoping for something a bit better. The room was good and the bathroom was lovely. All the staff were great. The arrangement with the cafe for breakfast was not great as we had hoped for something to be included. Unfortunately as food intolerances and allergies become more prevalent, it was disappointing that the cafe could not cater for any requirements. Sainsbury’s is also attached to what would have been a lovely building...

"Despite the construction/roadwork being done outside, the room was quiet at night. No air conditioning but the shades and fan made the room comfortable for sleeping. There is a lovely garden out back where we sat for breakfast. Less than 1 block from rail station and a very easy walk to downtown Oxford. We were able to leave luggage there much of our last day while we continued to explore the town. It was very handy to then walk to the train and head to the next destination"

"My granddaughter had a very nice 2 day stay at the Ethos Hotel. It was conveniently located in Oxford. The room was small, but comfortable. A fan was provided because of the heat. Breakfast was served in the cafe across the street. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"Such a lovely serene place to stay. Food, drinks, staff....all amazing!"

"Nice, old school property in a nice riverside location. Very short walk to the train station and an easy walk into Oxford. Breakfast was very good as well. Be aware that there is no lift/elevator nor is there air-conditioning or mini fridges in the rooms."
