「We had two rooms, one standard and the other a one bedroom flat. Both rooms are a bit run down and need work - rusty shower frame, missing tiles, broken loo roll fitting. However the rooms had everything one could wish for - lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The location is excellent being central with access to shops and coffee shops at the lift door. The arrival/departure instructions were a bit scary but it was really very simple. We had a great two days.」

「Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.」
