「Too much noisy in the room , can not sleep very well , it saied it have breakfast included, after check in. They say no」

「When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. 「Not enough room for luggage packing. No hair dryer. 」

「Location of hotel is nearby the Port Stephen downtown which is walk-able distance. The room is big enough for fully open of 3 large suitecases.」

「Close to the beach Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.」

「地方十分整潔，員工非常友善，也可以了解樹熊的生活習慣。」

「The staff went above and beyond to help during my stay. The cabin was lovely with all the necessary amenities to make the trip comfortable and easy.」

We appreciated Rick Stein’s thoughtful acknowledgement of our anniversary at the end of our meal. For a luxury resort,...
