A really good location, and nice rooms. No reception desk which would be fine if there was a means of communication but we found the communication to be very poor.

Once parked, you don't need your car. Shops, marina, food & dining, water, fishing, walking paths, tourist info centre etc all in easy walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Bed and lounge were comfy, shower was great and there was a lovely, roomy balcony. Only minor problem was the early setting up (dragging chairs) cafe below and traffic- if you enjoy a sleep in, you won't get one, but who wants to sleep late when there's so many great things to do.

We had two rooms, one standard and the other a one bedroom flat. Both rooms are a bit run down and need work - rusty shower frame, missing tiles, broken loo roll fitting. However the rooms had everything one could wish for - lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The location is excellent being central with access to shops and coffee shops at the lift door. The arrival/departure instructions were a bit scary but it was really very simple. We had a great two days.
