「Very cozy ,homey place. A little outdated on decoration is the only downfall. Beds are comfy and the air conditioning works great. But as soon you get to beach none of that matters. Watch the sunrise from the patio. Definitely will be returning. A little peace of heaven on earth 」

「The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably. The owners are very relaxed and easy to get ahold of for questions. I am so glad they are property owners in Cocoa Beach so that we have a place to look forward to staying on our...

「The interior of this home is lovely. It has all the bells and whistles like high end gas stove, double sinks, beds with soft linens, upgraded kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and easy keyless entry. The pool was also very clean and a fun place to lounge. Of special note was Elizabeth, who was super quick to respond to my questions, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place.」

「This place was amazing! Beautiful property, fully equipped with everything you would need and more, steps to the beach! The only thing that would have made this place better is if the valves for the solar heat for the pool were turned on for us before we got there. The weather wasn't that nice the week before, but still think the pool would have warmed up enough to at least be swimmable. Was almost warm enough on our last day. Overall tho, great place! 」

「We should up and there was absolutely no furniture in the house. None. There was no beds, chairs, couches, TVs, glasses, cups, plates, silverware. Nothing except a pile of dirty laundry in the middle of the room. The power had been disconnected, and the water shut off. The property manager wouldn't answer the phone.」
