The staff are always friendly and professional and the place is just gorgeous with nice big clean rooms and lots of facilities. The only tiny thing I'd say is that if you want a drink in the bar during office hours, you'll need to mention it to a member of staff in the restaurant as the bar isn't staffed all the time. They're more than happy to come through and make you one though so no biggie "

"The breakfast was very good for buffet with cooked options. It’s well located for Winchester but not a hotel with charming views and paying for parking on top of room charges needs looking at. Why not make it inclusive ? A fridge in the room and capsule coffee maker would be more useful than a safe. "
