「Lovely staff, rooms, and super clean place. My husband and I stayed for our 10th year anniversary trip. We chose this hotel to avoid the tourism crowd in Waikiki. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Definitely staying here again!」

「Room was outdated but clean. Airport shuttle runs every hour to airport which is convenient. However, you need to make a phone call to hotel in order to have shuttle from airport.」

「I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we...
