"The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub. "

"The photos make this hotel seem much nkcer than what it truly is. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. No comfort to them, at all. The rooms need to be re-painted. The bathrooms arent kept up with and did a full cleaning. Theres hairs and dust all over. I wpuld not stay here, again. Front desk when checking in was great!"

What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "The room was nice. There was planty of room and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to get a receipt. They told me that it would be sent by Hotels.com. I still do not have it."
