"The room could have been cleaner, in the bathroom there was hair , grout in the restroom dirty. Carpet dirty. Mattress was thin, we paid for the newly renovated, honestly couldn't tell. The parking for guest, wasn't explained how it worked and also the key for the elevators also wasn't mentioned. The parking structure filthy, trash everywhere, the stairs could definitely use a good power wash. Honestly the resort fee we paid for amenities we couldn't use without paying extra and pools were closed for the winter. "

"Our room was supplied with 4 Keurig coffee pods for our 3 night stay. I called to ask for additional pods, they are now an additional cost. Left the room, back to the casino for Starbucks in the morning. Wish I knew about this is all, not a cost issue. Not all rooms come with a coffee maker, I would expect if you pay for an upgraded room with this feature a few extra pods would be nice. "
