"Gym was full of non functioning equipment. Poor airconditioning. Laundry takes coins but there is coins exchange available from front desk. People are vaping in the common area."
"Everything was great the staff was friendly the facility was very clean the evening snacks and drinks were very good the breakfast in the morning was fantastic pool and hot tub areas along with the gym facility also well maintained. I did have one issue this thermostat in my room. moreover the temperature in my room I brought it up to front desk staff that the room was not getting cool enough I informed him that I had looked at it multiple times over several hours and it would not get below 69° and was uncomfortably hot he said he would look into it and see if it actually ever got below 69°, on their room monitoring system, essentially calling me a liar! what good is it going to do me as a guest for you to check if I'm telling the truth about the temperature reading, I need you to offer me a solution to the hot room problem . The issue never did get resolved I was pretty dissatisfied."
"The room and hotel were neat, modern, and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. Continental breakfast was ok. Nothing special, no bacon, ham, or steak. Love the late check out, the mini kitchen and table. Could have used another chair.
The areas need improvements are: need water dispenser for water bottles. Hot cocoa available for kids. Hot coffee available all day long. More breakfast choices. The ice maker on our floor and 1 of 2 dryers was out of service. The washing machines were filled with hair and biofilm. Could use occasional enyme based washing machines cleaning cycle one a week to get rid of odor a d biofilm build up. Dryer taking a while to dry, two sessions. Most likely due to clogged dryer vents. Found lots of sand in dryer lint trap.
Not sure why, but when we checked in, we didn’t get handed a welcome bag that contained water, crackers, chips, etc… While others did. So that was strange."
"My husband got stuck in the bathroom due to the cute Barn Door bathroom doors.that slid open and shut on a track. He slid the door shut when he went in, but when he tried to slide it open...it would not open.. I had to go to the check-in desk to get someone to help get the door to open...if I had not been there he would have been stuck in the bathroom for 2days unless someone could have heard him call for help...was scary to think about how easily someone could have been trapped in the bathroom if they were by themselves at the hotel.."
"tHE HOTEL SEEMS TO BE OUTDATED - THE SHOWER IS SCARY, VERY POOR CONDITION - ALL OTHER AREAS IN THE ROOM WERE OK. THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ACCOMODATE NEEDS."
