「Room was Spotless although some Edge plastic Drinking cups were mistaken for garbage. Concierge Matt was more than helpful sorting tour with Gareth. And extra kind whilst we were waiting beforehand. 」

「Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. 」

「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」
