"The hotel was clean & updated. The pool area was clean. The fire alarm went off the morning we were leaving & staff handled the situation the best they could. They walked around the parking lot & updated us until we were able to return to our room. The only complaint I had about the room is the beds were very hard. Our van got hit overnight in the parking lot, but with the issues going on already that morning, we chose not to report the incident. We would stay here again, but would look for a...

"Very clean , well kept hotel room was spacious, and staff was friendly and accommodating, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable very hard both me and my husband back hurt pretty bad in the morning, I ended up sleeping part of the night on the couch but other then that ..they need to update the beds … everything else was fine and would have left a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the beds being uncomfortable "

"Very attentive staff and management We were there on a weekday. The do not offer waffles on weekdays. My son loves waffles. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I said "how about waffles" half jokingly. She said ok no problem and had staff make him a waffle. This was not generated by a complaint, just great customer service. "
