「As far as quality, service, cleanliness, and pause the experience goes I gave it 100 across the board. Staff was great, breakfast was above and beyond, and there are only two things I would have changed about our three night stay here. 「The staff was nice. The floors had a residue on them so I didn’t want to walk without my sandals in the room. There was dried blood on a blanket. You can tell it had been washed, but that was gross. To use the electricity you had to keep the keycard in the wall. Also, I think someone was living in their car in the parking lot. 」

「Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!!
