「The room had a doggy smell and the shower was incredibly slippery, almost causing me to fall twice. The bathroom sink was dirty and emitted a foul odour. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi wasn’t connected to the TV. This was my first time staying at a DoubleTree by Hilton that didn’t include breakfast and I’ did pay for breakfast. Overall the environment was good and the staff were friendly. The parking lot was safe.」

「I will probably NEVER stay there again. It LOOKS great, until you get your room key and go to the room (327). To start with, I had to basically use my shoulder to open the door, even after the lock was released. 「The property is in a fabulous location. It is normally one of our favorite places to stay. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was very dirty & you could tell it had been cleaned at there was mold growing in the corners.」
