「This was my second visit and I had warm and friendly welcome from. reception staff. The room was large with a comfortable bed and great shower and lots of choice on the tea and coffee tray. My only small complaint was that some of the dusting had been overlooked. There was thick dust around the TV, and on the lamps, but apart from that it was a really great room. The food in the restaurant was amazing, genuinely one of the best meals I have ever had, and the service was fantastic.」

「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Stayed for one night but the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in clean and spacious room. Would surely stay again if in Northampton. 」
